I was up until about 5am last night, so I slept late today.
My dad was supposed to come to town, but he flaked.
So, instead:
I downloaded the soundtracks to Evita and Beauty and the Beast…hopefully the B&B songs I got this time will *actually* be from the Disney movie, rather than the Broadway version thereof.

REALLY funny movie. Go see it. If you aren’t familiar: Made by the people who made ‘Shaun of the Dead’, it’s about a super-dedicated London police officer who gets transfered to a picturesque village, and thinks that it’s a *little* strange how many people die in bizarre accidents. Like I said, REALLY funny. Loved it. Thought I laughed my butt off, but when I left the theater it was still there. Oh well.
After we got home, we went out to dinner with mom. I accidentally heard about this restaurant the other day–Nirvana Indian Fusion–so I suggested that we try it out.

Anyway, good food, really nice people–I totally recommend it.
As for the rest of the evening….I was hoping to get together with Heather and watch last week’s episode…and possibly this week’s as well…of Doctor Who…

….why is it that the characters I want to live happily ever after never do? I’ve been watching 6th season of Buffy, and just recently watched the episodes spanning from Buffy dumping Spike to Spike leaving town. Stupid show.
Anyway…I haven’t heard anything from Heather yet. Adam said that he might call when he and Brendan got back from the city…but I haven’t heard from him either. SOOO….I might do some drawing…I think the boy and I have an episode of Lost to watch…ooh! He said we have an episode of Smallville, too–there’s actually been interesting plot elements in Smallville lately. Yay!
