So…I have the first part of a blog written….
Some photos taken…
this is the first time I’ve really had time and access to computer + internet since Tuesday.
I had blogs to read.
I had messages and notes.
I had emails.
I had like, 60 something deviations and 50 something notes and messages on Deviant art.
Just finished them all.
So…real blog….soon?

T minus and counting
Wow.
We leave today.
Pretty much as soon as I’m done with this–the checking and writing of blogs and emails–my computer gets packed away.
We will pack the last of our stuff in the pod, pack the rest of our stuff in the car, take stuff off the stupid shelf, take showers, take naps if we are lucky, then take off.
Most of you will not hear from me again until…I don’t know, maybe from a Wifi equipped diner in a truck stop in Iowa where I throw some photos at you with some terse words about corn and my crazy feline? From a Starbucks somewhere north of Chicago where we stop to caffeinate for the home stretch and wait for rush hour to pass? Not until we are unpacked and showered in a suburban house in Pittsburgh?
…yeah…I’ll probably be writing another blog when we stop in Davis. Ben slacking on my 50 per day….
Alright, time to get off my butt and get to work.

Well…almost.
Tomorrow we pack our pod. Tomorrow night we will have no TV or computers. Weird.
Tuesday we drive.
I’m thrashed…moving is SO much work! God!
Today we saw Shrek 3…funny but not as good as #2, which was HYSTERICAL. Also, Sunday afternoon showing of an animated film…yeah, we’re dumb. There were so many small children that we actually had to sit one row from the front.
ANYway…I’m tired and typing retarded. I think it’s bed-time for bonzo.
