My life is not exciting.

Tonight I saw a firefly! Unlit, they are rather unremarkable:

…but when they are lit up they look like this!

…hehe. kidding.

They look like this:

They kind of fly around dark, then flash on for a second or so. Very cool. I only saw one tonight, but I hear that later in the year, they come out in much larger groups:

Anyway, exciting for this California girl.

I have a job interview on Wednesday, which is cool. Of course, all my interview clothes are still packed, but…:) Ok…that’s not entirely true. I have some slacks hung up. All my shirts, however, totally packed. And skirts too. And probably all wrinkled. I need to get a garment steamer. They had one when I worked at Fredrick’s and we used it to get the creases out of new shipments of clothes. Those things are fantastic:

less brain cells than usual

I really don’t understand those kids who consider ‘huffing’ a great way to get high.

I just spent the past couple hours staining and spray painting, and breathing the unavoidable noxious fumes, and all I feel is a little headachy, a little nauseous, and kinna tired. Stupid kids.

I had the world’s most unproductive night last night. All I did was finish my book, eat some food while watching Angel and fall asleep. I’m amazing.

My computer still hates me.  It’s taking turns with Firefox to reboot on me in the middle of things that I am doing.  Plus, when it restores a crashed internet session, half the time it brings up pages I had open days ago.  It’s frustrating.
