I will be ready to go home in about…..now.
The work I’m doing today might be even MORE lame and annoying than the work I was doing previously. I know you don’t believe that’s possible, but I’m cereal.
Having received 2 yesses and 0 nos in response to my question about whether I should go or not, I have contacted the administrator of the 24 hour art marathon, to ensure that I would not be surrounded by professional artists who would kick my butt (metophorically) and that participation does not, indeed, require an entrance fee, and my fears were laid to rest. New ones were developed, however, when I looked on the website at pictures of the previous year and saw that the event was peopled with…cool people. Young, hip, attractive, confidant….
So anyway, I’ll be going next Friday night, unless I chicken out.
