A guy I watch on DA posted a link to this video…the words are polish, but the video cinematography is lovely and the story of what is going on is very clear and simple. And the song, even though it’s not in English, is really pretty.

I have the next two days (Mon and Tues) off. No work, no school! Hurray! It’s like a weekend!
An exciting homework-filled weekend.
Yeah, so last week I learned that one day a week free of school and work was NOT enough to get homework done and, as a result, ended up huddled under an overhang in the rain with a cold on Thursday evening after work trying to get my perspective homework (outdoor 1 point perspective drawing) finished before class on Friday. So from now on I have the first two days of the week to do homework, and if I have time even work on some of my OWN projects! Woohoo!
In sadder news, I just finished re-reading the Twilight series:
…with the addition of the new third book, Eclipse. They are fast reads to start with, and since I really like them and get a bit hooked, I tend to tear through them pretty quickly. And the next book isn’t slated to come out until next fall. *pout*
Other stuff…
It was really cold for the second half of last week, but over the weekend has warmed up to acceptable fall temperatures. Chilly but not frigid. Like Shawnie. hehe. (she doesn’t read my blog…I can call her names if I want to. 
)
Briggs and I went out to eat tonight–so exciting! We haven’t been able to in a while, so it was nice. We went to a steakhouse. 
We also were planning on going to a movie, but we didn’t have the right times so we missed it.
On Friday we met up with some of Briggs’ coworkers and started a D&D game. My first! I’m a half-elf rogue.
I found Red Vines at Target. All you can buy out here for the most part are Twizzlers, which I don’t like as much, so I was very excited.
Now I’m gonna go hang out with my boy and watch Ugly Betty.
The weather turned today.
Even though it is now chilly and I am still sick, it’s a nice change from the mid-80s weather that has plagued us for the past week.
Pretty chilly though.
A goth boy in my color theory class tried to befriend me today. He actually choose to come speak to me on several occasions. It was kind of cool. He was wearing more makeup than I was.
My next door neighbor gave me some home made Italian Wedding soup to make me feel better.
I have homework still not done for my perspective class. Stupid perspective. And I STILL can’t get my pencil value scale to come out right. 15 is just too many gradations between black and white.
Stupid bus made me throw away five dollars today…from looking at my schedule (which i still can’t read…) it looked like I had about an hour wait. I wanted to wait around though, in case it came earlier, and as I was outside a Breuggers Bagels and thought it might be rude to lounge at one of their tables without patronizing, AND since I was hungry, I went inside and got chicken soup in a bagel bowl. The instant I stepped outside and put my tray down on the table, the bus came and stopped right in front of the place I was sitting. Since I didn’t know WHEN it would come around next, I decided that abandoning the soup was my best option.
I’m totally having soup for dinner though. And a grilled cheese sandwich.
