This shirt is back in stock at Threadless and I’m broke:

Last night, Briggs and I were watching a show about large cats of the North American variety on Animal Planet. They followed a year or so in the lives of a young cougar, bobcat and lynx, detailing the cats’ mothers teaching them about hunting and stalking and then how they managed when they left home.
<–I had not realized how bloody long cougars’ tails are! Seriously, those things go on for days!
<–I have decided that bobcats are to the world of large cats as foxes are to the world of wild canines. And absolutely adorable!
<–I can understand why linxs were hunted nearly out of existence for their coats…they ARE gorgeous animals.
<–of course, IMHO, the grace of the animal, the silly bell-bottom looking legs and those gorgeous eyes really bring the outfit together. I think that lynx pull off lynx coat better than anyone.
It was pretty cool…but the best part of the program may have been how into it Nova was. At one point I looked over at the floor in front of the tv, and there she was, sitting straight up, ears perked forward, following the every move of her televised cousins. She eventually even climbed up on a box directly in front of the tv and watched from there. It was frickin’ hilarious.
