At least he has the same weaknesses that I do…

Today Briggs and I went to PetSmart to get some litter, cat food, etc.

One of the things I really like about going to pet stores is the chance to squeak over cute and cuddly things.  The store we went to, however, was seriously lacking and I was feeling a bit disappointed, so I suggested that we go to the pet store in the mall (which is in the same shopping center).  Briggs was in favor of the idea, so we went into the mall to ooh and ahh over ferrets, Guinea pigs, puppies, kittens and lizards.

While wandering the store, I came upon a tank of various rodents.  There were some mice…and some gerbils…AND THE TINIEST HAMSTERS EVER!  Size of walnuts.  Seriously.

So, I jumped up and down until Briggs came over to see what had me so excited.

The result (sorry about the blurry pics…cats and hamsters will not hold still on command):

Because they are Robo Hamsters, I have decided to name them after famous robots (even if robo is actually short for Roboroviski).  Current possibilities include:

Johnny 5

Marvin

Bender Bending Rodriguez

AMEE

Chii

Ping

Wall-E and Eve

Ash and Bishop
