I have spent most of the day working on my research paper.
Interesting subject matter (Real Life Superheroes) but still a pain and a half to write. Especially hindered by my personal writing process, which does not involve getting the darn first draft written and then going back and fixing it, but involves a lot more futzing with every paragraph and rewriting continuously until I’m happy enough with it (for now) to move on…and then, going back and fixing it. *sigh*
On the more positive side of things, however, I finished The Time Traveler’s Wife today, which I am not going to say much about here and now other than, I had heard it was wonderful and it really really was. Wow. Lovely book. Sad, but lovely.
Today has been pretty much the most humid day ever, anywhere, and we are having super awesome salad for dinner tonight. That is all.
